The application process for spray-on bed liners involves thoroughly cleaning and sanding the truck bed to ensure optimal adhesion. Areas not to be sprayed are masked off, and the liner material is applied using a high-pressure spray system in multiple passes to achieve the desired thickness.
After application, the liner cures quickly, with a recommended 24-hour period for full curing before heavy use. Finally, any removed hardware is reinstalled, and a final inspection is conducted to ensure a high-quality finish.

What to expect on your visit
Booking and Scheduling
We strive to accommodate next-day appointments. For instance, if you call on Monday, we can often schedule your service for Tuesday.
Check-In and Vehicle Inspection
Upon arrival, you will be greeted by our front counter staff. They will take your keys and conduct a walk-around inspection of your vehicle to document its condition.
Service Process
After handing over your keys, you can trust us to handle the rest. Our team will take meticulous care of your vehicle throughout the spray-in liner application process.
Same-Day Service Request
If you require same-day service, please drop off your vehicle between 8 AM and 9 AM when our shop opens. This ensures we have ample time to complete the application and return your vehicle promptly.
Post-Application and Usage
Once the spray-in liner application is complete, it dries instantly, allowing you to use the bed of your truck immediately.
However, for heavy loading (e.g., large stones, gravel), we recommend allowing at least 12 hours for the liner to fully cure to avoid any potential nicks or damage.
